Honeyblood: New Band of the Month, December

Honeyblood are a duo from Glasgow creating a stir in music at the moment. With a sound that combines the raucous aggressive with pop melodies they are getting significant attention from the press and fans alike, recently touring on NME's 'New Blood' tour alongside Superfood. Vocalist and guitarist Stina Tweeddale's brilliant lyrics create vivid images and stories that are relatable to the listener, and this is only part of the charm. The songs on debut album 'Honeyblood' range from the beautiful, yet sinister, 'Braid Burn Valley (Blink, Now You've Missed It)' to the furious, 'Choker'.
