RIP Crystal Castles

In very sad news Crystal Castles have announced their split via Alice Glass' social media accounts. This is a great disappointment, which Crystal Castles being one of my favourite bands. They produce passionate fearless music, ranging from aggressive synth-punk in their early days to layered incredible electronic pieces on their final album. I had been eagerly anticipating a fourth album, but obviously it was not to be. In lighter news Alice Glass has promised a solo career which I look forward to. Now Crystal Castles will be remembered for their intense live performances and their three outstanding albums, 'I', 'II', and 'III'.
