Have Death Grips Really Split Up?

Death Grips have always been masters of confusing their fans. In the past they've intentionally leaked their own album, shared private emails and created a tour of no shows, only to later explain that they intended not to appear, let alone play in the venue, all in the name of 'art'. In July 2014 the band announced their split, much to the shock of their strong fan-base, concluding that they were to split as they were at their best and their last release was to be forthcoming second part of their double album 'Powers that B', 'Jenny Death'.

The band have once again added mystery to their split by seemingly, not splitting up. They released a new album of instrumentals earlier this month in the form of 'Fashion Week', filled with intense beats and synths, and cryptically spelling out 'JENNY DEATH WHEN' through the track titles. This was followed a few days ago by a video posted to YouTube, titled 'February 13 2015'. This video was revealed to be of rehearsal footage that featured unheard new material, as well as their latest killer  single,  the furious 'Inanimate Sensation'.

This all leads to the question on every Death Grips fans mind, have the band actually split up? Or are they just playing with us like they have done countless times before? The rehearsal footage and new music would suggest not, yet with a band as confusing as Death Grips, no one can really tell.
